What is PDF Editor?

PDFStream's PDF editor lets you add text, shapes, signatures, and highlights directly to an existing PDF — all in your browser, without converting the file to another format or losing the original content. Add a text box anywhere on the page to annotate a contract, fill in a form that doesn't have interactive fields, or label a diagram. Draw rectangles and lines for emphasis. Apply a digital signature image to sign a document. Highlight passages for review. Every annotation is embedded in the PDF structure and visible in any standard PDF reader. Use cases: signing a rental agreement or NDA without printing, annotating a technical drawing with notes, adding a stamp or approval mark to an internal document, filling out a scanned form, or marking up a report before sending it for review. The editor works on any modern browser without plugins. Changes are non-destructive to the original layers — you're adding a new annotation layer on top of the existing content.
