What is Repair PDF?
Corrupted or partially damaged PDFs sometimes fail to open or display incorrectly. PDFStream's repair tool attempts to recover what it can from the file structure, producing a new PDF that opens correctly.
The repair process re-reads the file, recovers intact pages and objects, and rebuilds the PDF structure. It's not guaranteed to recover everything from severely damaged files, but it often rescues documents that are partially unreadable.
