PDF Viewer

View PDFs quickly. Search, zoom, and print.

What is PDF Viewer?

PDFStream's PDF viewer lets you read, search, and navigate any PDF document directly in your browser — without downloading it to disk or opening a separate application. The viewer renders pages at high fidelity using PDF.js, preserving fonts, colors, and layout exactly as intended. Use the search function to locate text anywhere in the document, jump to a specific page by number, zoom in on fine print or detailed diagrams, and print directly from the viewer. Useful for: quickly previewing a PDF before deciding whether to download it, reviewing a document on a shared computer without leaving a local copy, reading a long report with the ability to search for specific terms, or viewing a PDF on a device where no PDF application is installed. Because the file is processed entirely in your browser, you can view confidential documents — contracts, financial reports, medical records — without them passing through any server.

Practical tips

Search instead of scrolling

Use the search box or Ctrl+F to jump straight to a word in long contracts and manuals.

Use bookmarks for long files

If the PDF has an outline, the sidebar bookmarks move between chapters faster than paging.

Open protected files too

Password-protected PDFs open after you enter the password, without installing a separate reader.
