What is PDF Stamp?

A stamp adds a text mark — APPROVED, RECEIVED, CONFIDENTIAL, COPY — to a specific location on every PDF page. PDFStream places a styled text stamp with your chosen text, color, and position. Choose from preset stamp styles or enter custom text. Position it in a corner or across the center. The stamp is added as an annotation layer over the existing content. Use cases: marking a received document with a RECEIVED stamp and date, labeling approved documents in a workflow, stamping COPY on duplicates for record-keeping, or marking documents with a department or project identifier.
